After successful previous editions of b-62’s Sound Up Festival, conceptualized by record label owner Bargona, the series returns with its most ambitious chapter yet. Built around the idea of “making noise” in all its forms, Sound Up expands into a 12-week programme running from November 21 to February 6, presenting a multi-genre journey across sounds, scenes, and sonic identities.
This year’s lineup gathers a wide mix of artists, including Ma-Beyn, ZAF, 200shams, Dalia Oman, Dirty Backseat, 4 elfagr, Mai Waleed, Kamikazem, MOKH, and others.
The festival aims to create a space where music drowns out conflict, letting experimentation, electronic innovation, and vocal exploration take the lead. It brings artists and audiences from different backgrounds into one shared moment of discovery and joy, away from the static and stress of everyday noise. This edition hosts by far their biggest and longest programme to date, bringing back acts from earlier volumes, introducing new sounds, and spotlighting independent artists across experimental jazz, indie, electro, hip-hop, and more. The announced schedule is as follows:

With more artists still in discussion and will be announced progressively, the festival also features an authentic flea market that brings together local brands, designers, and young entrepreneurs, with visual artists exhibiting their work and interactive installations running in parallel with the music.
Earlier volumes showcased a distinctive blend of voices, including Zaid Kreshan, Martina, Maryam Saleh, Nagham Saleh, and Azzoni, alongside rising acts like Khorda, Hwa Fi Eh, J!N, and more. Each edition carried its own tone but remained anchored in the same ambition: to make music the clearest, loudest voice in the room.
The event will take place at Ain Al Hayat Resort, set beside the lake in Al-Fustat, next to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, with budget-friendly ticket prices aiming to make it accessible for everyone. You can book your tickets via TicketsMall.
