HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai just did the cutest thing ever. Like seriously, this is so cute we can’t even. Remember Mahra Al-Shehi? Yes, that little girl who got really viral for mimicking Sheikh Mohammed’s speech in a video. Well, guess what? Their paths just crossed and our hearts are about to explode.
