CrossFit Stars is the first affiliate in Egypt lead and coached by Ramy Salah who first introduced the notion of CrossFit to the –now vast -Egyptian fitness community. The affiliate is not only known for caring about one’s fitness, it has evolved and brought in the concept of the competitive CrossFit athlete as it is the only affiliate in Egypt that breeds the athletes that compete in the Regional CrossFit competitions. That however is not all there is when it comes to the name of CrossFit Stars, our main goals are striving for knowledge to acquire and educating the community on the correct ins-and-outs of the high intensity workout taking over the world, CrossFit!
