Saudi Egyptian Developers By NUCA Gears Up For Second Phase Sale Of Arabesque Project
The Saudi Egyptian Developers by New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has officially completed the first phase of its Arabesque apartments project located in Magra El-Oyoun area.
In heart of Old Cairo, over the span of just one day, the first phase was entirely sold. As the company gears up to sell its second phase, here’s everything you need to know about the real estate project.
Located near the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and overlooking the Fustat Park, the Arabesque project connects to several roads and bridges acorss Cairo such as Salah Salem road.
The Arabesque project is being built on an area of 95 acres, and houses about 79 buildings containing 1,924 residential units of diverse sizes.
But that’s not all as it includes 18 commercial units only on the ground floor of some buildings. There are also plans for implementations of an administrative and buildings in addition to a mall. The area of the mall is set to be built on an area of 51 thousand square meters which will also include several amenities such as restaurants, movie theatres, an open-air theatre in front of the mall and ongoing activites. Along with parking space to accomdate 1,355 cars.
In addition to the commercial projects, Arabesque also includes a hotel. After fierce competition between Marriot, Four Seasons and Swiss Inn, Hilton International nabbed a spot at the project. Housing 1,200 rooms, the hotel offers a distinct touristic attraction in the middle of Old Cairo.
If you’re thinking of booking your spot in the second phase here’s what you need to know. The price of the lowest unit in the project reached 2 million and 775 thousand pounds, with the area of the apartments starting from 125 meters up to 175 meters. However, the most expensive unit in the project reached 4 million and 400 thousands.
Creating a suitable lifestyle for every family, the Saudi Egyptian Developers has provided buyers with a payment system of up to 10% down payment and a serious contract, with the remaining amounts to be paid over 3 to 7 years, in addition to the prescribed interest.
