Saudi Arabia’s Zamzam Well to Be Renovated Before Ramadan
Saudi Arabia’s king, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, has just approved a project for renovating the miraculously-generated source of water from God, the Zamzam water well. The execution of the project is set to last for seven months and is expected to be finished by the next fasting month of Ramadan.
“The project features a construction of five crossovers, of eight meters width and 120 m length,” said Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahmam Al-Sudais, the General Chairman of the Holy Mosque affairs. “The well surrounding will be sterilized and highly permeable gravel will be used,” he added.
