The way she dresses, talks, and walks around the restaurant has been a master scene. She’s been the attraction of the place and lots of customers come just to see her. This makes her the competitive edge of the restaurant.
What makes her delightful to her managers is that she never asks for a raise and she never takes a day off. They also like the fact that they never paid for marketing, that people come to ask to see her and they have been booked up ever since she joined their team.
Arif Mohammad, Managing Director of 4 am Group the company that opened the restaurant “Ruby’s absolutely beautiful and wears traditional Indian saris. She’s five-foot tall, has a lovely singing voice and never complains. She’s the perfect employee.”
Her job is to get the ordered meal from the chef’s hands, deliver them to the appointed tables and then human waiters place them on the tables. She has a very special ability to sing “Happy Birthday” to the lucky birthday boys and girls and really likes telling people to enjoy your meal.
