RamaScoops: Mobinil Sings for Egypt

Mobinil has been a very musical corporation when it comes to their ads, every Ramadan they grace us with a jingle, tune or like this year a song. Well as you all know, Egypt has been torn by its political atmosphere for the past year and half, and their has been many controversies, conspiracies and ideologies altering our perception of Egypt and its people.

I’ve always said this and always will, Egyptians are a vast bunch, I mean religions, ethnic groups and origins. You cant really generalize on 7000 years of history on this land. And that’s what I liked about this ad/song as it brings together all the different social and ethnic groups and blends them together using their different styles in music and entertainment under one unity of the song and metaphorically the country.
