Now Egyptians Can Buy Their Train Tickets Online Through This Mobile Application

It looks like the railway system is getting a revamp in Egypt. The Head of the Railways Authority, Engineer Ashraf Raslan announced that the Authority has already started running an experimental application called “Application” for booking tickets online from mobile phones. The experimental application is currently available only on Android only.

Raslan said that the e-booking application has been made available to the passengers and that the Authority is currently working on developing new electronic methods to prevent the crowds from rushing while buying the tickets at the station. The program is currently in under experimentation in the lower Egypt to make sure that it is free of any errors before applying it in general.
