Man Charged with the Bombings of Egyptian Churches Turns Himself In
It has been more than a week since tragedy struck on Palm Sunday -9th of April-, when two churches were bombed in Egypt’s Alexandria governorate, and Tanta city of Egypt’s Gharbia governorate.
This Wednesday morning -dating April 19th, 2017- a man by the name of Mahmoud Mohammed Aly Hussein was escorted by authorities from the office of Egypt’s Attorney General to Egypt’s National Security Head Quarters.
Hussein has turned himself in, after being charged with being one of the main and active co-conspirators behind the two bombings.
