Juhayna launched its Corporate Internal Volunteer Program because ‘Caring Every Day’ has been in the DNA of Juhayna and its employees since the company was established. The company’s employees consistently thrive to make their community better, focusing on improving their role to give back and finding ways to fulfill it to the best of their ability.
Juhayna has already worked on numerous projects and initiatives over the past few years, but the company always felt that its role can be extended, that they can do more. Therefore, the idea of a responsible employee was brought up to raise awareness in the company as well as society, and most importantly increase the employee’s connection, engagement, productivity, and workplace morale.
