IKEA Egypt Withdraws Bib Due to Choking​ Hazard Possibility

Egyptians’ favorite Swedish furniture store, IKEA, has announced the global recall of the MATVRA children’s bib in red and blue. The decision came after the team has noticed that the buttons came off in two cases, and presenting the possibility of a choking hazard.

Customers who have bought the blue/red two-pack MATVRA bibs are advised to stop using them. The bibs can be fully refunded in case of proof of purchase.

If your child is in love with the withdrawn bib, IKEA recommends trying the MATVRA fruit/vegetable pattern in green and yellow.
