Google Ups Its Job Benefits

We all have heard about how amazing it is to work for Google, from how elaborate and employee friendly the offices are to all the benefits their workers get! 

Obviously they don’t have an issue when it comes to paying hefty salaries, but on the other side the employee loyalty that is being built along the way, by taking care of their own is unprecedented and unlike any other company; and just recently they took it a step further by promising benefits for their employees families after their passing.

If a staffer passes while working for Google they will guarantee half their salaries pay to the staffers spouse and family, not only that but they will continue to give the staffers children $1,000 a month until they turn 19 years old, and can be extended if they are in school full time. Think that isn’t enough? They spouse will also be given vested stock benefits. Although this hasn’t been rolled out for Google internationally yet, it has been implemented in the U.S.
