Betefre2: This Campaign Aims to Spread Kindness With This Simple 21-Day Challenge
Scrolling through the news every morning, it’s easy and inevitable that you might lose your faith in humanity from what the world has become. However, every now and then, you come across something that brings a smile to your face. Today, I came across this super cute campaign by students at Misr International University (MIU), and it made me involuntarily smile.
The campaign is called Betefre2, and it aims to spread kindness through a simple 21-day challenge. I thought about sharing the campaign with you all, hoping that it might make even the smallest of changes in someone’s life.
The campaign encourages youth to adopt a lifestyle that spreads kindness. Studies have shown that it takes 21 days to develop a habit, thus, those who’ll follow the 21-day challenge, are expected to continue living that life after the challenge is over.
The daily challenges are easily infused with one’s daily tasks. So download the to-do-list, make the small kind gestures every day, repeat for 21 days, and voila! You’ve now developed a new habit that will make you a better person.
