Jordanian indie-rock band Autostrad release the closing track from their five-track EP Kawkabi with ‘Aleem Allah’.
The track blends live instrumentation with electronic production, resulting in a tense, stripped-back sonic space that reflects the song’s inner conflict. As the final release from Kawkabi, ‘Aleem Allah’ brings the EP to a close while introducing a subtle shift in the band’s expressive range.
The song captures a moment of clarity that follows emotional exhaustion, reflecting the uncertainty of unanswered questions and the quiet acceptance that some truths remain unspoken.
The release is accompanied by a music video directed by Awn Ayesh. Drawing from neo-noir cinema, the video relies on dark, high-contrast visuals and confined spaces. Through restless movement, fragmented pacing, and visual pressure within a closed, undefined setting, the visuals mirror the track’s psychological weight, resisting narrative resolution and leaning instead into ambiguity, restraint, and private reflection.
