Ahmed Helmy Wants You to Know That He Is Healthy and Well
Two years ago, everyone’s favorite actor/comedian Ahmed Helmy took a sudden visit with his pregnant wife Mona Zaki to the States. Rumors circulated — mainly by fans — claiming that the celebrity duo wanted to just grant their baby a US citizenship. It was later revealed that the couple went stateside for Helmy’s medical treatment.
During that visit, Helmy revealed that he was diagnosed with cancer and fans were destroyed. Even though the actor has gone on record since then and said that he is cancer free, fans were still worried. To shut down these rumors once and for all, Helmy took to his Twitter account to reveal that he is, indeed, cancer free and is in good health. “I am not sick, thanks to God. But, I would like to thank each and every person who worried about me,” he said in a tweet.
