International Superstar, Patrick Dempsey, AKA Dr. McDreamy is currently in El Gouna to attend the GFF, and everyone in Egypt is obsessing! Everyone attending the festival is racing to take a picture with Grey’s Anatomy’s star. However, while everyone is posting pictures with Dempsey, the Superstar decided to take a picture of a very specific group of people that he loved their music; Sharmoofers!
