Is it just me or Cairos weather has been acting strange lately? I mean it is not even March!

The good news is, this weather has got me thinking about getting all ready for the perfect summer beach body. Yes, I am talking about Format al Sahel kind of thing (this is not so cheesy, Right?)

Well, remember when I asked you to Get off the Couch this is a little bit more intense than the simple plans which I have suggested, but definitely worth it.

My favorite way to find the perfect working out plan is by checking bodybuilding; they have got it all: celebrities coaches, nutrition plans and even supplementations suggestions.

Also, you need to stay motivated, remember your achievements and push yourself beyond the limit.

One last thing, getting all fit is not only about the whole beach body looking good; this is just an example because lots of people try to look good on the beach; however, we all DESERVE to look good whether or not it is the summer or winter.
