Will.i.am And Majid Al Futtaim To Join Forces Aiming To Build An Amazon Sized Tech Company!
Renowned American Rapper, Singer, Songwriter, DJ, Record Producer, Philanthropist, Will.i.am just partnered with Majid Al Futtaim (MAF), the Leading Retail Powerhouse in the Region! The Grammy Award Winning Music Producer stated that
Will.i.am made the message clear while posting this video “If you thought MAF was not a tech company the size of Amazon, think again. Let’s go.” Earlier this month, I.AM+, his tech company, entered into a commercial partnership with MAF to provide voice-based AI-powered assistance to shoppers via a device that resembles Amazon’s Alexa.
“With this company, I started my idea was to create a conversational AI for humanity. Not mimic the business models of today’s giants but provide something that would enrich people’s lives. Data is the new oil, data is the new power. And personal AI is more important than the personal computer today.” He stated.
The new voice-based operating system will be called Omega, and it’ll be sold in Carrefour and Vox Cinemas before being rolled to our entire ecosystem. “At Majid Al Futtaim, our vision is to create great moments for everyone.
