Rahn institution clarified that the forthcoming music school’s objective is to become a valued model for musical education in Egypt, with the aim of urging young Egyptian students to pursue the musical arts on an educational level. The institution is a non-profit and it aims to encourage Egyptian and German cultural exchange and cooperation. The school is also a partner of a number of German and German-Egyptian cultural institutions.

Musical education will be supervised by the Egyptian Maestro Ahmed El-Saedi, who’s also the Principal Conductor of the Cairo Symphony Orchestra. The artistic and musical consultant for the school will be Helgid Schmidt, Former Piano Instructor at the Leipzig University in Germany.

WE SAID THIS: Good news to all those into music, (which is everyone, I think)!
