Dubai Airport Wins “Best Employer Brand” at LinkedIn Talent Awards

Dubai Airports has been named the “Best Employer Brand” at the annual LinkedIn Talent Awards, celebrating the success of LinkedIn customers across the MENA region. The award ceremony took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jumeirah, where the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Shamma Al Mazrui, was also present.

Held for the second consecutive year, the awards has acknowledged over 800 organizations which aim to recognize excellence in talent acquisition and employer branding in the MENA region.

Whilst they were determining the winners, judges from LinkedIn analyzed the performance, results and impact of more than 800 elite organizations from the region based on several criteria that included: Career page completeness; nature of the content and creativity; engagement and reach.
