Kahrabtak.com !
So it seems that these guys at Zabatak, have personally taken it upon themselves to provide us with a lot tools to track a lot of what is going on in Egypt…After their recent venture with the Morsi Meter a website that hasn’t only caught the attention of Egypt & the Middle East but the whole world, they just launched another website, Kahrabtak, (your electricity) tackling the power cuts that we have been experiencing since the beginning of Ramadan.
The site has a map of Egypt indicating the different areas with power cuts in them, and not just that it tells you weather the power was announced or random and weather the area’s street lights are working at night or if they are lit in the morning time. So not just taking power cuts but also tracking the usage by the government to electricity resources. I’m just pretty impressed at the motivation that they have towards this cause.
WE SAID THIS: We all have been suffering continuously from this problem that really was never existing before and we hope that it comes to an end soon enough. And with the help of Kahrabtak.com maybe it’ll be sooner than we think. At least that’s what we hope for.
