Israel Summons World’s Ambassadors Over Their UN Vote On Gaza’s Killings!

The United Nations Human Rights Council took a vote, last Friday, to send a team of international war crimes investigators to probe the killings in Gaza. According to Middle East Monitor, the text said that the team should “investigate all alleged violations and abuses, in the context of the military assaults on large-scale civilian protests that began on 30 March 2018, including those that may amount to war crimes.”

Spain, Slovenia, and Belgium were among the 29 countries that voted for, 14 countries abstained, and only two countries were against; the United States and Australia.

Israel summoned the ambassadors of Spain, Slovenia, and Belgium over their votes! The Spanish and Slovenian ambassadors were called in on Monday, while the Belgian envoy was to be received on Tuesday, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
