Egyptian Startup “7keema” Wins Best Egyptian Startup at the 2018 Seedstars World Competition

7keema is a mobile application owned by HealthApp Group that provides safe, instant and high-quality services in the field of home care nursing through registered and licensed professional nurses. The app service is provided 24/7, initially in Egypt and it’s also planned to reach other MENA countries soon.

The Seedstars World Competition’s finalist included 5 startups in Egypt which are (7akeema, Hitchhiker, Odiggio, Vapulus, and Skolera). At the end of the round, 7akeema startup got the prize as the first of its kind in The Middle East. Odiggio which is an e-commerce company selling car parts ranked the second. While Hitchhiker which is a social media platform connecting users looking to ship items was ranked the third.

With this fabulous victory, 7akeema startup will represent Egypt at the Global Seedstars Summit in Switzerland which will be held on April 2019. This summit will last for a week and is supposed to include a training program. App developers will have the opportunity to meet with 65 other winners from fast-growing economies, as well as global investors and mentors.

On the final day of the event, a pitch competition will take place. The number of the attendees is expected to be more than 1,000 and the winner will earn up to $1M.
