Zedified: Inside My Makeup Bag

make up

Like a kid in a candy store, buying makeup is literally my favorite thing to do. I am guilty of buying everything I don’t need just because (hate to admit it) of the pretty packaging and the sweet smell of new products.

But after filtering all the unnecessary, what is left in my makeup bag are my essentials. The “go-tos” and the “can’t live withouts”.

Because we are always in a rush, we need things that are quick fixes and easy to apply. Here is my daily routine:

For the dark circles under my eyes, Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat is a life saver! Not only does it highlight and radiate the eyes, but it also is a good concealer.

I can’t live without foundation. No joke. I have tried everything from powders to fluids to BB creams and after long trials, I have finally found the chosen one. MAC Studio Fix Fluid is amazing. It covers, conceals and gives you a little sun tan tint.

And, of course, for unnecessary drama AKA zits or blemishes, Benefit’s Boi-ing Concealer will do the trick.

After applying proper coverage, I then add a bit of bronzer for that summer glow. MAC Bronzing Powder will do the trick without you being too cake-y.

I always add a bit of color in the end, especially at night. Benefit Rockateur Blush is currently my favorite.

I tend to go really simple with my eye makeup. Eyeliner and lots of Benefit Roller Lash Mascara!

L’Oréal’s Superliner So Couture is so thin, perfect for a subtle cat-eye.

And for the final touch, a little bit of MAC ‘s “Twig” Lipstick!
