Robots Have Begun to Replace Humans in Dubai

With Sophia being the first Saudi robot citizen, the Artificial Intelligence game has become stronger in the region. DEWA, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, just also just revealed that it has hired five robots as customer service staff.

 

It was reported that Dubai have hired the robots in order to fulfill its objective of enhancing the experience of customers, and contributing to the facilitation of upgraded quality services at its Customer Happiness Centers.
