This Instant Coffee That Perks Up Your Sex Life Is Banned in the UAE

Have you ever thought coffee could be a relationship saver? Nope? Same, to be honest, but apparently, this instant herbal coffee contains ‘natural viagra’ and has been reportedly taking the UAE markets by storm…until now. The Ministry of Health named a series of products that stores are no longer permitted to sell. Among them was Stiff Bull, which hit the headlines in the United States in recent weeks.

According to the Daily Mail, Stiff Bull contains tongkat ali, maca root and guarana — herbs that are found in South America and Asian regions, and locals have apparently used these ingredients as natural stimulants for ages. But that’s not all, the US FDA has alerted everyone that this instant coffee’s ingredients can be fatal as well.

“These products, which were promoted for reducing weight and improving sexual stamina, contain undeclared and unregistered drug ingredients that may be harmful to health and well-being of patients suffering from cardiac disorders and diabetes,” Amin Hussein Al Amiri, Assistant Under-Secretary for Public Policy and Licensing at the UAE Ministry of Health, has said.
