Daesh claimed responsibility for the tragic incident but offered no evidence to support their claim. The terrorist group said on its Telegram channel that a “soldier of the caliphate” was able to “plant explosive devices” at the arena, a US counter-terrorism source told CNN.

WE SAID THIS: Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the fallen victims.
