A video took over the UAE Internet that showed people gathering at the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo to watch baby otters take their very first public swim, and oh my cuteness, your heart will melt.
When we think of cuteness, we think of puppies and kittens, but never once we thought baby otters were just as cute, or maybe even cuter!
