ID Vodka continues to show the world what Egypt's local spirits industry has to offer! This time hitting up London's hot spot Aura showing the Brits that we know how to set the mood for a good party!

Not only did half of London's socialites show up, but seeing from the above picture (unfortunately not faces that frequent our night clubs) we hear the party went on into the wee hours of the morning, considering the tweets from the Events Plus team didn't stop till the sun came up!

Looks like Ahram Beverages is on a roll this summer, check out this private party for Heineken that was done in Sahel by none other than ByGanz themselves 

Thrown all the way across the world, I was able to grab one quick week of Ramadan loving with my best friends and family in Cairo. In this week, we’ve managed to make our way to a different Ramadan kheima each night.

Last night we tried Ganz’s Y Lounge. Having spent my college years in AUC, Ganzoury events have become second nature to us. His name on each of our tongue’s as the weekend approaches – you going to Ganz’s?

So naturally, we had to check out what Y lounge had to offer. The ambiance is gorgeous, white couches laced with gold Arabic script and oriental lamps really give the place a chic arabesque feel. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the eggplant fatta (which I practically finished by myself). Cinnamon shisha is their speciality, making you feel like you’re smoking big red gum. There's also a big screen for soccer and Olympic viewings. 

The music was a bit too loud, but with the younger crowd that the place attracts, it seemed fitting. It’s crazy how loud music really makes you feel how old you’re becoming.

The staff is super friendly,marking the service box as excellent. There’s also tawla and cards, which is key in any suhour. All in all, nothing less than excepted from a Ganzoury production.

Also high on my list: Le Capitole in the Novotel, and Abdel Wahab. Amazing food, fabulous shisha and views of Cairo and the Nile to die for. Reviews coming soon!

It's no secret that kids in Egypt lack family packed activities, entertainment and live shows. Why must they wait for a birthday party to roll around for them to enjoy all the youthful adventures that await them?

With that in mind, Ahmed Ganzoury, Nehal Lehata and Ingy Shabrawy produced The Fun Factory. After the success of their first show 'Sesame Street', with over ten thousand attendees, there is no doubt the next show 'LazyTown Live - The Pirate Adventure' will be a bigger and better hit. 

So we sat down for a quick Q&A with Mr. Ahmed Ganzoury himself.

What is the Fun Factory all about?

We bring live shows and educational entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Before, kids in Cairo never had this kind of entertainment, since there are no Broadway shows or interactive educational shows in the country.

What is the Fun Factory going to do next?

"LazyTown Live - The Pirate Adventure" at Must Opera House in 6th of October.

What gave you the idea to host kids events?

My partners Ingy Shabrawy and Nehal lehata.

How did your last event go?

Our first show, "Sesame Street" was a success with proceeds going to charity, and over ten thousand attendees.
