The Alexandrian police authorities arrested 38 members of the Zamalek football fan-group Ultras White Knights (UWK) for allegedly trying to sneak into a football match held yesterday at Burg Al-Arab stadium. The director of the Alexandrian Investigation Unit, General Sherif Abdel-Hameed, said that the UWK members had forged tickets which they discovered from the serial number that all 38 tickets shared.

The police authorities have commented and said that they were “ready to secure the match between Zamalek and Al-Weded of Morocco.” The arrested UWK members have been deported to the Amereyya Police Unit to undergo the required legal procedures and interrogations.

WE SAID THIS: The UWK seniors, however, are yet to comment.
